This is a 3 hour virtual course. We will meet via Google Meet on Saturday October 19th from 10am-1pm Pacific Time.

In this webinar we will learn tools to emotionally regulate and communicate effectively through conflict, so you can strengthen your relationships and advocate for your needs.

This class is geared toward ADHDers, but will also have information for autistics and other neurodivergences related to this topic. This class would be helpful for anyone struggling with resolving conflict. 

Topics we will cover:

• Emotional regulation thorugh conflict
• Navigating rejection sensitivity in conflict
• Honoring different communication styles
• Recognizing and navigating conflicting needs
• Setting and holding boundaries
• Embracing conflict as a tool for personal and relational growth

This is an interactive and neurodivergent-friendly class! NO DIAGNOSIS IS REQUIRED to join. You are welcome to come and go as you please, fidget, eat, multitask, have your camera on or off - whatever you need to feel comfortable.

Recordings and live transcripts are available within 24 hours of the live event.

As an attatchment with your ticket you will receive a Google calendar invite with the link, and a Google Drive folder with materials and resources. Recordings will be found in this folder after the event.
