⏰ This class runs for 2.5 hours on Sunday April 12th from 9:00am to 11:30pm Pacific Time.
👩🏻🏫 This class will be co-taught by ADHD & Neurodiversity Coach Sheila Henson and Neurodiversity and Decoloniality Educator and Speaker Joris Lechene, and is for those who have struggled with traveling as a neurodivergent person. Including (but not limited to) phyiscal and sensory comfort, scheduling and memory, overwhelm, and budgeting.
It was created for those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD in mind, though other neurodivergent brains will likely find some value. No diagnosis is required and it can be of help to anyone with these struggles.
