About the Event

This 2-day weekend virtual course will meet via Zoom on Saturday and Sunday, September 3-4, from 11am - 4pm PDT. 

It is for people who have ADHD or care about someone with ADHD, want a general understanding of what ADHD is,  how it affects their lives, and creating supports.

Topics we will cover:

  • the eight (8) executive function
  • dopamine and other neurotransmitters
  • focus and mindfulness
  • shame and community
  • home life and career

This is an interactive and neurodivergent-friendly course! NO DIAGNOSIS OR PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF ADHD IS REQUIRED to join. You are welcome to come and go as you please, fidget, eat, multitask, have your camera on or off - whatever you need to feel comfortable. 

The group will have up to 30 people. 

Before the course you will receive a Google calendar invite with the link, and a Google Docs folder with materials and resources.
