About the event

Neurodivergent BIPOC Support Workshop

This 10-week virtual workshop is created specifically for Black, Indigenous & People of Color who are neurodivergent, including people who are diagnosed, self-identified, questioning, or exploring what neurodivergence means for them.

Together, we’ll explore how neurodivergence intersects with culture, race, identity, work, relationships & everyday life. Participants will learn practical, evidence-informed tools for executive functioning, emotional regulation, burnout, rest & self-compassion while building community with other ND BIPOC folks.

This isn't about teaching you how to become more neurotypical. It's about understanding your brain, reducing shame & building a life that works with you instead of against you.
