This group meets on Zoom every Sunday for eight weeks from 11:30am-1:30pm PST (March 16 - May 4th 2025).
This unique 8 week coaching group has not one, but THREE coaches to help autistic ADHDers navigate the world with confidence. Joris gives insights into social concepts, including topics of systemic inequalities, discrimination and biases, from the perspective of an autistic ADHDer. Lena's art therapy sessions explore the week's topic through creative means, regardless of skill-level. And Sheila brings the ADHD coping skills needed to navigate the neurotypical world.
Specific goals and topics will be chosen by the group, but examples of what we will cover are:
- How to avoid procrastination and increase productivity
- How to identify and advocate for your needs in various settings
