Free Live Event: ADHD Community-Building Event in Portland, OR

Are you ADHD (or suspect you are)? Join us in Portland, Oregon for a free community-building event to connect with like-minded peers and maybe learn a bit about yourself. We will have games and activities to help you get to know each other!

No diagnosis is required. ADHDers with co-occurring conditions are welcome!

This is a neurodivergent-friendly space, so bring your fidgets, snacks, or whatever you need to feel comfortable! Getting up to wiggle or sitting in the corner to just observe are both fully acceptable! Bring your authentic self, and be respectful.

Location is on the eat side of the river, near the Hawthorne bridge. Address will be sent with ticket purchase.
