Join ADHD Coaches Sheila Henson and Amanda Carey (The ADHD Lady) on August 6-8 at 9-1pm PST (12-4pm EST) for a weekend webinar on executive functioning. Learn about executive dysfunction and strategies to overcome some of the challenges ADHDers face with their executive functions. This event will be held on zoom and will offer the opportunity to meet other folks in the community struggling with the same challenges. Both coaches have worked very hard to make this course informatice and ADHD friendly. We hope to see you there!
