Join ADHD Coach Sheila and Strength Coach Laura 'Burrito' Barito as we explore the struggles of body-care with an ADHD brain, and provide you with tools to overcome those struggles and become friends with your body (and brain!)
This class meets on Google Meet for 4 Sundays starting October 25th, from 4:30pm-6:30pm Pacific Time.
There will also be a Discord chat group for continuous support between classes and to connect with your classmates if you so choose.
This class is neurodivergent friendly! You are welcome to have your cameras on or off, eat, drink, stretch, jump, wiggle, doodle, knit, fetch - whatever makes you feel good!
You will be provided the worksheets, slides, and questions you will be asked before the class to look over and prepare for at your leisure. The class will also be recorded in case you miss anything. You will find the link to these resources…
