Associate Coach
Ben Murphy
In our culture, men are often encouraged towards stoic independence, but this can disconnect them from meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Ben Murphy has dedicated himself since 2017 to redefining masculinity, delving into the mythopoetic men's movement, rich with insights from psychologists and poets. This journey wasn't about finding definitive answers but exploring masculinity's diverse landscape. Moving beyond rigid categories, Ben's work fosters a relational and contextual understanding of masculinity. His approach, emphasizing curiosity over fixed definitions, is relevant not just to men but anyone shaped by societal narratives of masculinity. Ben invites everyone to a transformative exploration of deeper relational experiences.
