About the Event
This group meets on Zoom every Sunday for eight weeks from 11:30am-1:30pm PST (September 11th-October 30th).
This unique 8 week coaching group has not one, but THREE coaches to help autistic ADHDers navigate the world with confidence. Joris gives insights into social concepts, including topics of systemic inequalities, discrimination and biases, from the perspective of an autistic ADHDer. Lena's art therapy sessions explore the week's topic through creative means, regardless of skill-level. And Sheila brings the ADHD coping skills needed to navigate the neurotypical world.
Specific goals and topics will be chosen by the group, but examples of what we will cover are:
- How to avoid procrastination and increase productivity
- How to identify and advocate for your needs in various settings
- How to navigate social situations in ways that feel safe and comfortable
- How to attune to and meet sensory needs
- How to set and hold boundaries
- How to manage emotions and relationships
- How to navigate rigid thinking
- How to manage schedules and routines
- How to manage stress and avoid burnout
This is an interactive and neurodivergent-friendly group! NO DIAGNOSIS IS REQUIRED to join. You are welcome to come and go as you please, fidget, eat, multitask, have your camera on or off - whatever you need to feel comfortable. This is a shame and guilt-free space to be your authentic self, whether you're just starting to do that or well on your way.
We will usually have check-ins at the beginning of the session where you can let the group know your comfort level for the day.
Attendance is NOT a requirement of this group, you are welcome to purchase and only watch the recordings. The benefit of attending the live sessions is to build community in the breakout groups and get live feedback for any struggles you’re having.
Recordings and live transcripts are available within 24 hours of the live sessions each week.
Before sessions begin you will receive a Google calendar invite with the link, and a Google Docs folder with materials and resources.

We'll check in on Discord in between sessions, sharing struggles, successes, memes, schedule body-doubling sessions, venting and generally staying connected.
Ticket prices are tiered, so you can "pay-as-you-can." Those who are able to afford higher priced tickets are contributing to the accessibility of our services.
When choosing a Payment Plan ticket, please note you will pay one week's cost to hold your spot, and you will be contacted to set up a payment plan for the rest of the payments before sessions begin.
