About the Event
This group meets on Zoom every Monday evening for six weeks from 5pm-6:30pm PST.
There is also a Discord chat group for continuous support between classes and to plan study sessions or body-doubling.
All sessions are recorded for the group in case you miss a class.
This group is for college students of any level to learn tools for managing your ADHD in a college setting.
Specific goals and topics will be chosen by the group, but we will cover:
- How to avoid procrastination
- How to keep track of assignments and due dates
- How to study effectively
- How to manage stress and avoid burnout
