I am an ADHD Coach and have spent half my life helping others manage their relationships, emotions, and behavior patterns in a variety of settings and circumstances.
I have been a Classroom Teacher in a self-contained behavior classroom, working with individuals with trauma and

behavioral struggles, including
communication deficits and severe aggression.
I myself have ADHD and have spent my life developing structures and strategies to cope with my symptoms. I have spent approximately 3 billion* hours online researching ADHD and will continue to do so until we understand every last part of it!
*this may or may not be an exaggeration

In addition to working with individuals, I work with organizations, providing mediation, conflict resolution, training, and coaching. I serve on the board of directors for Rewild Portland, an environmental education nonprofit,
where I offer these supports regularly.

  ABOUT ME

PEOPLE SAY

Robin, USA

Sheila is incredible. The term coach insufficiently describes the guidance and expertise she provides; she is so much more. Her tailored approach, combined with real world experience, creates an atmosphere that suits the individual needs of her clients in ways that they may have always needed but never had. Her ability to identify issues, and present pathways to resolution, creates a blueprint to alter and improve perspectives and lifestyles. I consider myself fortunate for the opportunity to benefit from her wisdom and method.

Sheila has been working with my husband and I for a few months. In that short amount of time, we have been able to make huge changes in our life, thanks to her advice and the accountability she provides. We have also learned how to communicate with each other in a more effective way. The help Sheila has given us goes beyond ADHD and we've been very happy to have her as a coach!

Lauren, USA

I am so glad I found Sheila when I did! Being diagnosed ADD at this stage of my life has been bittersweet since I am in my mid-thirties, have three young sons, and own a business. Having Sheila as a coach has been extremely helpful in keeping me accountable and organized. She is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She has a tip, trick, or solution for every difficulty I run by her. Her firsthand experience helps her relate to exactly what I am going through, thinking, and feeling.

The one-on-one sessions I’ve had helped me gain tools necessary to complete numerous projects which would have otherwise been pushed to the side.

I highly recommend working with her! She’s a pleasure to work with! Thanks for everything, Sheila!
