Led by the experienced ADHD Coach Sheila, this interactive and inclusive workshop is tailored to anyone navigating executive function or mental health challenges, such as ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, etc.

Feel free to come and go, fidget, eat, multitask, or keep your camera on or off—do whatever makes you feel at ease. Our workshop features breaks and breakout group activities (with the option to opt-out), and a chat for interactive engagement.
Slides and other materials will be provided in advance. Plus, a recording and transcript will be available for revisiting or catching up. You will have access to recordings and materials for three months after the end of the event.
