About the Event

In this 3 hour workshop we will go over the benefits of self-coaching, and build practical skills. Learn how to be kind to yourself in an authentic way, and to be a supportive guide to yourself throughout your life.

This is an interactive and neurodivergent-friendly class! You are welcome to come and go as you please, fidget, eat, multitask, have your camera on or off - whatever you need to feel comfortable. If you would like to opt out of the breakout room group activities just let me know and we can accomidate. 

The class is recorded for review and slides are provided ahead of time for those who like to prepare. There will also be live transcript available.

Pricing is tierd and pay-as-you-can. The higher tiers allow for more accessibility and allow others to participate.
