This 2-day weekend virtual course will meet via Zoom on Saturday and Sunday, October 15 - 16, from 4 - 8pm PDT.

Do you struggle with procrastination? Do you want to get things done but just can’t seem to start? Do you feel like responsibilities are piling up around you and you just don’t know how you'll ever catch up? In this course, we can help you to understand why you struggle to be productive and ways you can work with your brain. You will be equipped with a strategy to get things done and feel accomplished.

This is an interactive and neurodivergent-friendly class! NO DIAGNOSIS IS REQUIRED to join. You are welcome to come and go as you please, fidget, eat, multitask, have your camera on or off - whatever you need to feel comfortable.

Recordings and live transcripts are available within 24 hours of the live event. 

Before the course begins you will receive a Google calendar invite with the link, and a Google Docs folder with materials and resources.
