This class is for those who have struggled with procrastination and productivity. It was created for those with ADHD, but no diagnosis is required and it can be of help to anyone with these struggles. This class will give you insights into why you might be struggling with Task Initiation and give you some tips on how to break through and be more productive. 

In this Mini Webinar you will learn the basics about Task Initiation and get to meet other ADHDers with the same struggles.

Fidegting, multitasking, and pet cameos are welcome.
