This class will run on Sunday, April 30th for 2.5 hours from 11:00am PST to 1:30pm PST.

Learn tools to work with your ADHD brain to make realistic plans, use sustainable organization strategies, and build flexible, long-lasting routines. ⁠

Feel free to come and go, fidget, eat, multitask, or keep your camera on or off—do whatever makes you feel at ease. Our workshop features breaks and breakout group activities (with the option to opt-out), and a chat for interactive engagement.

Slides and other materials will be provided in advance. Plus, a recording and transcript will be available for revisiting or catching up. You will have access to recordings and materials for three months after the end of the event.
