Meerkat Squad: Autistic ADHDers Unite!

This 8 week coaching group is for autistic ADHDers to get support from coaches and each other to find ways to navigate the world with confidence. No diagnoses are required, just a desire to learn and grow. We will incorporate traditional coaching and eduacation techniques with art therapy and play to help give you tools and perspectives that can help you to thrive. 

This group meets on Zoom every Saturday for eight weeks from 10:30am-12:30pm PST.

There is also a Discord chat group for continuous support between sessions and to plan body-doubling sessions.

All sessions are recorded for the group in case you miss a class.

This group is for anyone seeking to learn tools for undrestanding and managing their ADHD and Autism - no diagnosis is required, and self exploration is encouraged.

Specific goals and topics will be chosen by the group, but examples of what we will cover are:

- How to avoid procrastination and increase productivity

- How to identify and advocate for your needs in various settings

- How to navigate social situations in ways that feel safe and comfortable

- How to attune to and meet sensory needs

- How to set and hold boundaries

- How to manage emotions and relationships

- How to navigate rigid thinking

- How to manage schedules and routines

- How to manage stress and avoid burnout

When choosing a Payment Plan ticket, please note you will pay one week's cost to hold your spot, and you will be contacted to set up a payment plan for the rest of the payments before sessions begin.
