Do you struggle with procrastination? Do you want to get things done but just can’t seem to start? Do you feel like responsibilities are piling up around you and you just don’t know how you'll ever catch up? In this course, we can help you to understand why you struggle to be productive and ways you can work with your brain. You will be equipped with a strategy to get things done and feel accomplished.
The class will run at 4:00pm - 7:30pm Pacific Time on Saturday 12/4 and 4:00pm - 7:30pm Pacific Time on Sunday 12/5. There will be interactive discussion and activities, so be ready to have your camera and microphone on and participate!
