Squirrel Team is a way to make ADHD Coaching more affordable and accessible, and to connect ADHDers to others who understand their unique brains. 

Join us Monday evenings for 8 weeks to learn skills and tools that will help you navigate your ADHD and learn to love your ADHD brain.

This is an online adult ADHD Coaching Group to help you learn tools and strategies to get more done with less stress.  

No formal diagnosis is required.

This is a neurodivergent-friendly group, meaning you are welcome to participate as much or as little as you’d like in any given session, you can multitask or fidget, take breaks when you need them, and pets are welcome. It is also live captioned.  Sessions are also recorded in case you are late or have to miss a session, or you need a review.

Between sessions, a Discord server help you stay connected and ask questions, plan body-doubling, or just share funny memes!

The group chooses the topics we cover, but some common topics are: 

- executive dysfunction 

- stress reduction

- time management 

- organizing 

- boundaries 

- how to rest 

- identifying needs 

- tools for memory 

- utilizing your strengths 

- and more!

This is a place to be with others who understand your struggles while learning tools to help you feel more in control of your life.

Tickets are for the whole 8 weeks.

Ticket prices are tired - please choose the price that is fair based on your resources. Higher tiers help create access for those who need it. Thank you for your generosity.
