The Squirrel Team is an ADHD Coaching Group for adults (and teens with parent permission) to support them in being more productive, less stressed, and more accepting of their ADHD brains.

About the Event
This group meets on Zoom every Sunday for eight weeks from 10am-11:00am PST.
There is also a Discord chat group for continuous support between sessions and to plan body-doubling sessions.
All sessions are recorded for the group in case you miss a class.
This group is for anyone seeking to learn tools for managing their ADHD - no diagnosis is required.
Specific goals and topics will be chosen by the group, but examples of what we will cover are:
- How to avoid procrastination and increase productivity
- How to identify and advocate for your needs in various settings
- How to keep a space organized and functional
- How to manage emotions and relationships
- How to manage schedules and routines
- How to manage stress and avoid burnout
Payment options are available. You may pay in full for the 8 weeks, or pay weekly. Access prices are available upon request.
