About the Event
In this course we will equip you with accessible practices and knowledge to help you navigate dysregulation. You will learn to connect with your body in a positive and gentle way. You will also learn tools to reduce rumination and move through your emotions, including stress, anger, sadness, and grief.
This class meets on Google Meet for 4 Sundays (March 24 & 31 and April 7 & 14) from 9:00am-11:00am Pacific Time.
There will also be a Discord chat group for continuous support between classes and to connect with your classmates if you so choose.
This class is neurodivergent friendly! You are welcome to have your cameras on or off, eat, drink, stretch, jump, wiggle, doodle, knit, fetch - whatever makes you feel good!
You will be provided the worksheets, slides, and questions you will be asked before the class to look over and prepare for at your leisure. The class will also be recorded in case you miss anything. You will find the link to these resources in your event ticket.
