Autistic-Allistic Communication Basics (For Autistics) with Lindsay

This 4 hour course, taught by AuDHD Coach Lindsay (the autistic) and ADHD Coach Sheila (the allistic) focuses on enhancing communication skills for autistic individuals, exploring the nuances of autistic-allistic interactions. 

Through interactive sessions, participants delve into topics like monotropic vs. polytropic thinking, the impact of different cognitive streams on communication, and practical strategies for bridging gaps in understanding. The course aims to equip autistics with insights and tools to better navigate and foster effective communication in their social and professional environments.

No formal diagnosis is required.

This is a neurodivergent-friendly course, meaning you are welcome to participate as much or as little as you’d like in any given session, you can multitask or fidget, take breaks when you need them, and pets are welcome. It is also live captioned.  Sessions are also recorded in case you are late or have to miss a session, or you need a review.
