About the Event

This class meets onGoogle Meet for 4 Fridays (February 9, 16, 23, and March 1) from 4:30pm-6:30pm Pacific Time.

There will also be a Discord chat group for continuous support between classes and to connect with your classmates if you so choose.

This class is neurodivergent friendly! You are welcome to have your cameras on or off, eat, drink, stretch, jump, wiggle, doodle, knit, fetch - whatever makes you feel good!

You will be provided the worksheets, slides, and questions you will be asked before the class to look over and prepare for at your leisure. The class will also be recorded in case you miss anything. You will find the link to these resources in your ticket.

THIS CLASS WILL BE RECORDED FOR FUTURE SALE

There will be a movement portion of every class, which you can choose to participate in or just observe. This class is not only for able-bodied people, and any movement accomodations will be met to the best of our abilities.

In this class we will cover:

- How to find joy in movement

- How to overcome executive dysfunction for body-care

- How to create flexible yet consistent routines

- Trauma in relation to the body and movement

- Common cooccuring conditions with ADHD and their affects on the body

- How to identify your needs and advocate for them
