This virtual course is for people who have ADHD or care about someone with ADHD, want a general understanding of what ADHD is, how it affects their lives, and creating supports.
Stuff to know before signing up:
*This is a virtual course meeting via Zoom.
*There will be up to 20 people in the group.
*Cameras are expected to be on to encourage connection amongst one another.
*No prior knowledge of ADHD is needed to join.
